Yoga postures for overall fitness

1.Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) It strengthens arms, shoulders, back, stretches hamstrings, calves, and spine and improves flexibility, balance, and circulation.

2.Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose) It strengthens legs, hips, and core, stretches chest, shoulders, and hips and improves balance, focus, and overall strength.

3.Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) It strengthens legs, hips, and core, stretches spine, shoulders, and hips and improves flexibility, balance, and overall alignment

4.Phalakasana (Plank Pose) It  strengthens arms, shoulders, and core, improves posture, balance, and overall strength and prepares for more challenging arm balances and inversions.

5.Vriksasana (Tree Pose) It improves balance, focus, and overall stability, strengthens ankles, calves and core and stretches spine, shoulders, and hips.
